Told you I’d be back in full force.
Hello my lovely readers, today I thought I’d do a post more laid back yet still stylish and classy. This week I decided to focus on shoes and handbags. I personally have a shoe collection which you can find on my YouTube channel here. These blog posts are my favourite and have received some awesome feedback. Without anymore rambling, please enjoy my favourite pics from Tumblr:
Only 9 days left of the blogging day challenge before I return to a normal blogging schedule! I’m not going to lie, as stressful as it was I really enjoyed it.
This post is just a bit of an update, I know I have done a What’s In My Bag? blog post, put the video is finally up on my YouTube channel so you can click the video above to watch and subscribe to my channel. I think the ultimate goal for me would be to reach 500 subscribers and I would love to actually talk to you guys through my videos because sometimes I feel a blog post is not really that personal but when you can see and hear someone it’s just touching (I’m hormonal, forgive me).
I thought it would be fun to tell you guys the story behind my YouTube channel and give you guys some idea of what goes into my videos and editing.
I started my YouTube channel in September last year and I was extremely nervous because I had another channel before which was not as successful. The idea of my channel were to incorporate aspects of my life which I wanted to pursue as a career and build a portfolio of my work to use as reference so that I could showcase my love for fashion, beauty and lifestyle in one place while still being able to put myself out there and meet new people and work with brands. I’ve never collaborated with anyone on my channel before but I just hit 100 subscribers this month! If you guys are interested, I will be doing a giveaway on my channel in the near future so definitely stay tuned for that.
The best part of making videos for my channel would be filming the videos. I’d say that make-up tutorials are the easiest to film, while lookbooks are a little bit more intense. The most difficult video I’ve filmed and edited would be my Shoe Collection video which I will link here:
This video has over 600 views and I’m still mind blown when I think about it.
I use Windows Movie Maker to edit my video along with Expression Encoder for texts and effects. I have been playing around with Cyberlink Power Director but it is a little bit complicated.
Editing my videos usually take me about 3-4 hours and I usually take up about 2 days so that I don’t overwhelm myself. Then I use PicMonkey to edit my thumbnails. I upload videos every Friday and try my best to incorporate those videos into my blog.
If you have any questions, feel free to leave them in the comments (:
Hello my dearest readers
Today I have two posts coming on the blog, so just look out for the second one that will be out later today.
This post is very personal to me as I show you all my prized possession, my shoe collection. I was recently approached by a company to add another pair and review it and I am so excited because I finally feel that my career is taking off and I am finally getting to where I want to be.
To watch my video, just follow the link below and it will take you to my YouTube video.
I worked extremely hard on this video and would appreciate it if you gave me a thumbs up or subscribed to my channel so that I know I am making progress and it really motivates me to add more content for my viewers.
